Data Processing & AI Disclosures

To provide our AI Help features, we utilise third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers. By using the AI chat feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Third-Party Processors: Your data is processed by two main providers:
- Google (Vertex AI/Gemini): Used to generate the answers and process images.
- OpenAI: Used to convert your questions into "embeddings" (numerical data) to help search our documentation database.
Data Usage: The text and images you submit are used solely to generate a response. We access these services via their commercial APIs, which do not use your data to train their public AI models.
Data Retention:
- We (The App): Store your conversation history to allow you to view past chats.
- Providers: Your data may be temporarily retained by our AI providers (up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring and safety verification, after which it is deleted.
No Sensitive Data: The AI feature is designed for technical support. Do not submit sensitive information (such as confidential data) into the chat.
AI Accuracy: The AI is capable of errors ("hallucinations"). Always verify critical instructions against the official documentation links provided.
